WOW, I have not done a scrapbook blog post since literally 2020 🥴
In reality, I have done so much scrapbooking since then. Remember when the world shut down and we all stayed home? Yeah, a blur, I know. Or maybe it feels like just yesterday, too? While it was probably the strangest occurrence in my time here on earth, I was lucky enough to make the best of it. I already loved to make scrapbook pages and had a Cricut for years so I caught up on the piles and piles of pictures and layouts I had in mind during quarantine.
I love to scrapbook because it’s a fun way to document experiences and extend the feelings of vacations and unique moments in time. It also gives me a break from screen time and let’s me play with my creative side. I’ve also heard it’s good for keeping a strong memory and I fully intend to live past 100-years-old with all my marbles in tack. Here’s a look at all the pages I’ve made over the years. I hope it inspires you to savor the moments, both big and small. Happy crafting!

During the COVID shutdown we tried to celebrate everything, from our birthdays to our dog Havana’s. We also tried to make the best of new found pastimes like chess, trivia, and game nights. It was a time to remember! When the world started to heal we did a Duffy Boat to celebrate my mother in law’s 60th and took a quick trip to Santa Barbra (check out our Passport to Santa Barbra here).

In 2021, we took our first to trip to Hawaii and explored Maui (that Maui guide is here 😉). We so enjoyed venturing around the island in the yellow Jeep we rented and the food was incredible! The last page in this book is from when I visited my brother in Washington DC in 2022.
